Beautiful ground-floor, oceanfront villa with three king bedrooms and three private bathrooms. Enjoy direct access to our white powder–sand beach in the heart of Seven Mile Beach.
The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, televisions in all bedrooms, and a master suite located on the ocean side. Each bathroom includes hairdryers, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Relax on the screened-in oceanfront porch with dining and lounge seating, or step outside to the pool, beach, and four BBQ grills—easily accessed through your patio door. Housekeeping is provided daily (except Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day). On non-service days, you’ll receive fresh towels, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and dish detergent.
Resort amenities include a fully equipped gym, plenty of shade huts, umbrellas, and lounge chairs on the beach, plus free WiFi throughout the villa, beach, and gym.
Electrical outlets match USA and Canada standards, and tap water is safe to drink island-wide. Many local restaurants offer delivery through the BENTO app. Villa 1 includes free local calling.

The Most Wonderful Place on Earth
Just returned home from an incredible week long stay at The Meridian. The entire experience was seamless, from check in to check out. The condo was absolutely stunning, so clean and comfortable. Property grounds are beautiful and well maintained, daily. And you cannot beat the location, beach is spectacular, and so close to wide variety of restaurants, shopping, and activities. People claim that Disney Land is the happiest place on earth, but in my opinion, it’s The Meridian on Seven Mile Beach!

It was not our favorite unit. Access to the beach was great however our preference would be not to stay in that unit in the future. The unit was noisy and had to much activity happening in front of the porch. Also the kitchen was not furnished with some of the basics, like a spatula.

We absolutely loved staying at the Meridian and can’t wait to visit again! The accommodations are clean and spacious, we loved the pool and you can’t get any better than being right on seven mile beach. Fitness center was an added bonus. And my kids loved the floaties for the ocean!

Despite respite!
Our short stay was marred by rain, but the stunning villa made up for it. The villa was extremely comfortable, well stocked and beautifully appointed. When the rain stopped, we could not get enough of the peaceful and well manicured pool area and of course the beach. Thanks again Meridian team for am awesome stay.

Best Staycation Ever
We had a fantastic time. The condo was spacious, clean and dated. The patio was perfect for sunrise and sunsets. The beach in that area is beautiful, the cabana provided really good shade. The whole family enjoyed the pool area . We also enjoyed the close proximity to the liquor store, and the nearby restaurants. Would do it all again in a heartbeat!

Spring Break 2019
This was our 3rd time renting at the Meridian. The folks at check-in are marvelous and the grounds and unit were in excellent condition. The location of the Meridian is what makes the property work for us. There is a grocery store across the street, and a number of restaurants within a short walk. Beach is beautiful, and unlike the nearby hotels, there are always lounge chairs available. I believe that due to the limited number of rental units, it is also very quiet (we were probably the loudest). We have already booked for 2020.

Our favorite vacation yet!
We have been to Puerto Rico, Cozumel, Playa Del Carmen, etc. for beach vacations and this is our favorite spot for many reasons! Seven Mile Beach is absolutely beautiful! The first step out on the beach was a feeling of relaxed and quiet. The condo was very well appointed and the first floor convenience was great. We loved our vacation at The Meridian in Cayman!
