Welcome to Villa 10! This Oceanfront, second floor villa has been refreshed and modernized with new, modern touches throughout. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and three *king* bedrooms; all with attached bathrooms. Each bedroom has 55” smart televisions with a 75” smart television in the living room. Bathrooms supplied with hairdryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Master bedroom overlooks the ocean side of villa with stunning views.
Dining table and lounging chairs on screened-in porch facing the ocean; perfect spot for coffee to start your day and cocktails at sunset. Beautiful dining and lounging areas and four BBQ grills near the pool and beach, all with easy access via elevators or stairs. Housekeeping service available daily (except Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas day, New Year’s day), housekeeping supply dish detergent, paper towels, bathroom tissue and fresh towels.
Onsite amenities include, a fully equipped workout facility, BBQ Grills near pool and beach. Plenty of shade huts, umbrellas and lounge chairs available on the beach. We supply beach towels. Electrical outlets same as USA and CANADA. Tap water safe to drink throughout the island.
Many restaurants deliver, just add BENTO app to your cell phone. Villa 10 offers free local calls, as well as complimentary HI speed WIFI

Wonderful Paradise
The week was just what you would dream to have happen ! The condo was just right for our family, ocean front, swimming pool, wonderful white sand beach with lots of space and water toys !! The staff was very helpful and kind The condo was very well equipped and very comfortable.. Coming back next year .

Fantastic by
The Meridian is great,we had units 10 & 30,beautiful and all the comforts of home. The beach area had plenty of room for our 9&6 yr olds to run and play. Some other rentals on the beach were very crowded. What would be nice is if there was a restroom and water fountain outside. Definitely would recommend.

Perfect Beachfront Escape
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachfront villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway.The location truly couldn’t be better—just a short walk to several great restaurants and even a liquor store, which made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. We enjoyed dining at The Falls Steakhouse across the street. For those nights we didn't have a reservation, we walked over to The Hive bar. It has a great beach vibe and the food is awesome. The villa itself offers stunning views of a beautiful sandy beach with calm, turquoise waters that felt like something out of a postcard.Inside, the villa is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. One of our favorite features was the large screened-in patio overlooking the beach—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or relaxing in the evening without worrying about bugs. Although, we've never had an issue with bugs on the island. Having a washer and dryer on-site was also a huge plus.The outdoor amenities were just as impressive. There were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and seating areas around the pool, and it never felt overcrowded. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to fully unwind.We also want to highlight the excellent service. When the dryer wasn’t working, it was replaced within just a few hours—very impressive! Communication with the staff was consistently great throughout our stay, and they were always responsive and helpful. Taxis were also very easy to access, making it simple to get around when needed.Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice experience & great location.
The overall experience was great, the staff was really nice and the property location is awesome. Never had an issue and most likely will stay there again. If I have to say something is that the condo needs some TLC you can tell the walls, doors & baseboards need to be painted and the bathroom shower heads needs to be replaced, I like the big smart TVs, the WIFI can be little stronger specially in the master bedroom. Never less I will pick Villa 10 next time as well.

Perfect week in paradise!
Our 4th stay at the Meridian on 7 Mile Beach and it never disappoints! The condos are wonderful and right on the beach with a gorgeous pool too. The Meridian staff is so helpful and always makes our stay seamless. We can’t wait to be back soon!

This was our 7th time at The Meridian. The quality continues to be consistent. The unit was roomy, clean and had everything we could need. The location is ideal. Easy walk to many great restaurants. The Meridian has a wide beach that offer quiet and comfort. No fighting for beach chairs.

Beautiful condo, perfect location! The view was absolutely stunning to wake up to! We were a family of 6 and have stayed at many VRBOs. This one was definitely our favorite. I can’t even think of anything negative....would recommend highly!

Our favorite place on Cayman
We've been coming to Cayman for years and Meridian is always the place we stay. It's on a great stretch of 7-Mile beach and Lee and Pat and the staff are always so nice and friendly, it's like coming home. Villa 10 was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Thanks for another great vacation!

View of Paradise!
This was our first time at the Meridian. We found it absolutely fabulous. The beach was amazing and the chairs in the ground for cats immaculate. The staff at work, the ground or friendly and constantly working. Unit #10 is a Beautiful unit and well kept. The cleaning staff was amazing and we always had to clean towels, beds made etc.... Everything was clear emails, and the app once we arrived easy to get in and out of the unit, workout room, garage, etc.. all in all it was an amazing vacation at an amazing facility. We will definitely be coming back.!!

Beat all expectations!
The unit was very nice and had more than everything we needed. This location is one of the best on the Island! We have been to GC 4x and this place is ideal! Beautiful beach which is WELL kept and reset each day - perfect for a cup of coffee on the beach. Plenty of chairs and sun (or shade if you prefer). Daily cleaning service keeps the unit in top shape and PLENTY of fresh towels are provided for beach and bathrooms. We had a great time and we’re proud to invite friends to this beautiful unit #10 to enjoy a bottle of wine/dinner on the grill/and a perfect view of the sunset. We will be back!

Cayman Stay Feb 2023
Have visited Seven Mile Beach over 10 times. Progressed from hotel stays to condo units. The benefits of condo stays are several - more room to relax with a larger room, separate bathrooms to speed up getting ready to enjoy the area, multiple TVs for varying interests quicker access to taxis, streets, etc. A big plus is more availability of beach chairs and spaciousness or perhaps more appropriately said as less competition for the space. This was our third stay at the Meridian - no hassles or issues of note. Rooms are clean and overall quiet between units ( except when someone in an upper floor drags a chair overhead). Reasonably priced - not the cheapest nor the priciest. Excellent location for a variety of eating prices from high end down to outdoor burger and a beer establishments.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Meridian. Place was exceptionally clean and daily housekeeping was very good and friendly. Daily towels were always available for use on beach. Beach grounds beautiful and pool area well maintained. Only complaint is shower use. We could not shower at same time. Master bedroom was not affected but twin/queen rooms would loss hot water and sometimes no water at all. On a positive note- my son lost his chain and cross on the beach and the grounds keeper happen to find it the next day and asked around who’s it was. We were very grateful. Thank you

Located on the best stretch of 7 Mile Beach, The Meridian did not disappoint. Easy check-in and self check-out, relaxed yet spacious accommodations, pool, jacuzzi, and amazing beach views all around. Also conveniently located with many options for dining within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Review for Meridian # 10
Overall a great experience. The first night we were kept awake by some people staying there with very loud partying, and screaming very profane language outside. It is not what you expect when you stay at this type of property. I noticed that a lot of the lounge chairs on the beach are tearing, and need to be replaced or repaired. There were 2 days when there were not enough chairs for everyone on the beach.Everyone that works there is great! They really go out of their way to help, and make your stay comfortable. The beach is beautiful, and peaceful. The location on Seven Mile Beach is perfect!
