Three bedroom, three bathroom, oceanfront, fully equipped villa. Villa 17 has a king bedroom with en-suite, a second king bedroom with en-suite and a bedroom with two twin beds, also en -suite. Each bedroom has a smart TV. Each bathroom has a hairdryer and you will be supplied with soap, shampoo and conditioner. The master bedroom is on the ocean side of the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need to create a great family meal, and great tropical drinks with your blender! You will be supplied daily (except Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas day or New Years Day) Villa stocked with, and resupplied by housekeeping dish detergent, paper towel, bathroom tissue and fresh towels with your housekeeping service. Phone- local calls and WIFI are complimentary. The screened porch has a dining table and lounging chairs. there are great dining and lounging areas, BBQ grills on the beach - and the beach is a white powder sand beach. There are plenty of shade huts and umbrellas on the property. The electrical service on the Island is the same as the USA and CANADA. Delivery from many restaurants is available also, just add BENTO app to your cell phone. Easy access to the pool and beach via elevators or the stairs. There is a shower is the master bathroom and shower tub combos in the other two ensuites.

We usually stay at beachcomber next door to the Meridian. We stayed in unit #17 and were equally impressed and happy with the property. Location is spot on with a wonderful beach that is well kept with plenty of beach chairs and tables everyday for our family of 6. Already planning our next stay.

A Perfect Stay
Our stay at the Meridian surpassed our expectations. The unit was more beautiful in person, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. Pat and Nora were lovely and very available to answer any questions. We visited Cayman twice before and stayed at the Ritz and Westin- this was the same location but so much better. We had great dinners at Tillys, Calypso Grill, Mrs. Pipers, Peppers and Ragazzi. We recommend visiting Stingray City and the Turtle Conservation. Looking forward to returning!

The best beach, best condo and perfectly priced.
Working with Pat and Lee at the Meriden was perfect. Attentive, helpful and easy to work with. The condos are spectacular. 5 star furnishings throughout. Top of the line everything. From the fridge to the multiple iPhone chargers in every single room. Always cool inside after a long day in the sun. Bathrooms are well stocked, towels everyday. You can't beat the service and space and quality you get here. No fighting for chairs, the best part of the beach. Mostly adults and teens, not to many babies. Lots of floats and noodles to choose from. And theres a small reef not to far from the beach. Our family enjoyed every inch of this place. The pool was a little warm, but apparently, most of the pools in Cayman are like this.

We had a blast on the Caymans and are so glad we chose the Meridian. It’s centrally located on 7 mile beach, walking distance to stores (grocery, liquor), restaurants, and hotels. All the fun beach activities can be accessed from here (most deliver directly to you) and the beach itself is amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It had everything we needed and was kept very clean! The pool area and beach are wonderful, and I love that the beach isn't crowded as it may be at some hotels. Plenty of loungers. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Grand Cayman.

This villa was updated, clean, and fully stocked for our needs. The pictures are accurate - it is a beautiful view. It was nice having daily cleaning and fresh bath and beach towels each day. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the beach and pool area were clean and uncrowded on our stay. We would recommend this location to others and would not hesitate to stay again.

Another great stay at the Meridian!
We recently had another fantastic week at the Meridian. We have been there several times and plan to return every year going forward. This time we stayed in unit #17 and it was perfect. Third floor so could take the elevator or stairs and a perfect view of the pool and water/beach. The unit had recently been renovated as well, so had everything we needed to cook etc, and was very clean.And Lee and Pat were so friendly and helpful as always! Perfect beach vacation.

GREAT Getaway - Without the Crowds
Our family had a great stay at the Meridian during COVID times. The unit had plenty of room for us to spread out, large outdoor space to get out of the sun, and great beach front access for all to enjoy. COVID issues were handled very professionally where renters were made aware of the 1 case that was reported while we were there with recommendations for how to avoid. All guests were friendly and issues in the unit were attended to with immediate service upon request (laundry unit replaced within a day). During our visit we had to COVID test at a VERY crowded Westin - that made us glad with our choice to stay at the Meridian for our family trip. Would definitely return and recommend to others. We have stayed a few times now and plan to again. Wonderful property, wonderful staff, location awesome and overall just a great experience! Only thing that could have been a little better was that the two win beds in our unit seem to be a bit old and tired and could use a upgrade. They were Ok, but everything else was fantastic.

We stayed for a week in this spectacular space . The decor was exceptional and it was impeccably clean. The view was great and we had coffee every morning enjoying the ocean waves . Villa 17 - Paradise on Seven Mile Beach
The Meridian was the perfect place for our recent 6 night stay in June 2019. Villa 17 was immaculate, recently updated with very stylish decor, the staff was very nice, the villa had everything you would need, and the view from our third floor balcony was perfect. Large TV screens were a plus! Housekeeping was provided daily. The location on Seven Mile Beach was perfect. It was right across the street from the grocery and liquor store so we could stock our kitchen for the week and also enjoy restaurants nearby for dinner. The beach accommodations were clean, had plenty of chairs and umbrellas, the pool was nice, and the beach area was uncrowded and beautiful. It was easy to order paddle boards and floats that were delivered to us at the condo. When we go back to the Cayman Islands, we will definitely go back to Villa 17 at The Meridian.

Amazing place !
This was a great condo. We typically never rent condos as we like our own home rentals and condos seem closed in. This condo felt like a home, very impressed. Better in person. It's nice to stay somewhere where you feel like your at home with the same qualities your used too! One of the cleanest properties we've stayed in, not just the accommodations but the complex itself, very impressed.We will definitely return and have already recommended to friends and colleagues one who's founding family are the Tibbetts and Fosters ! The other condos should take advice on this unit! The only advice is it would be nice if the owners supplied sup boards/rafts/bikes like the other owners.

Grand Cayman Meridian Review
We booked the Meridian condominiums at the recommendation of a neighbor who has rented here for several years. We were blown away by the condo when we arrived. While I was able to see photos of the unit on the Meridian site they didn't due the property justice. The condo had been renovated only 8 months before and they beautiful. Booking something sight unseen is sometimes a gamble but this bet paid off. All I can say is wow!The location is great across the street from Fosters Grocery and you are within walking distance for coffee in the am as well as some casual dining options at night. The pool and beach area were great and not crowded. I assume certain times of year can be really crowded were were there in late May and we had the pick of chairs on the beach all week. The complimentary gas grills were nice and allowed us to cook in a couple of nights. We will be back for sure.
