Three-bedroom, three bathroom, oceanfront villa that has just been fully renovated with all new kitchen and bathrooms. Corner unit with lots of natural light. Villa has two king bedrooms and one set of twins in third bedroom. Large flat screen televisions in all bedrooms and living room. All bathrooms are en-suite and equipped with hairdryers, fluffy towels and high end bath products. It has been newly refurnished with great style and comfort. The kitchen is a chef’s dream and fully equipped with all your cooking needs. BBQ grills available. You may want to eat in on the elegant teak dining tables on the screened in porch or dining room. Alternately many restaurants are nearby and offer delivery. Lounge chairs on the porch make relaxing easy. Phones connect free of charge locally. Beach has pool, shaded huts, and umbrellas with lots of lounge chairs and tables and access is easy via elevators. WIFI throughout unit and beach. Electrical outlets same as USA and CANADA. Tap water safe to drink throughout the island. Daily housekeeping your villa will be supplied with, and resupplied by housekeeping dish detergent, paper towel, bathroom tissue and fresh towels with your housekeeping service except on Christmas, Good Friday and New Years Day.

Cleanest condo on the island
This place was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked to feed 6 people. The location could not be better. Staff is wonderful and the grounds are very well kept. BUT we could not stay here again because the beds in the master and the twin rooms were SOO uncomfortable. I don't think we are too picky, but these were awful. I am guessing the had prior complaints because there were thin egg crates on top of the mattresses that sagged where a person would lay. Change the mattresses and we would be back for sure!

Villa 19, a wonderful place to spend Christmas 2025
We have stayed at The Meridian before and both times we have had a wonderful vacation!! We specifically chose unit 19 as it is a corner unit affording light in from the side windows allowing the space to be nice and bright. Unit had everything we needed, we did need more hangers and they were immediately brought to us when requested. We love everything about The Meridian from the accommodations, the beach, the location etc. Other vacationers would often get up early to get specific loungers but there are so many you never had to worry about running out. If you are considering renting this unit do so, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful condo, perfect location
The condo was spotless and beautiful. The balcony is huge. The beach area is very big and there are always plenty of chairs available. We felt like we had the ocean to ourselves. The condo is directly across the street from a coffee shop and several restaurants. The location is perfect. We absolutely loved staying here and will be back.

This is our 4th stay at the Meridian - Lee, Pat, and Nora make sure your stay is perfect - The grounds are well kept, and the complex sits on one of the best spots on Seven Mile Beach - Very convenient to shopping, groceries, and numerous restaurants- Many of the locals asked where we were staying, and when I said the Meridian, their response - ThT’s as good as it get - We also met many new friends from all over that had the same sentiment- Loved their accommodations Daily room cleaning, and always a friendly smile in the office to help find the day trips to all the local attractions - Look forward to our next trip to the Cayman Islands, and a stay at the Meridian

Our vacation stay
We visit here yearly and you always know what you’re gonna get. Well maintained property, clean, beautiful views situated smack dab in the middle of seven mile beach. The island is changing and there’s more traffic, more construction but once you are on the beach with your toes in the sand holding a rum punch nothing else matters.

Beautiful views!
The Meridian is in a great location on the beach. We loved the patio that looked out over the beach and pool area. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The condo has everything we needed and is beautifully decorated and spotless. Only suggestion is to update mattress in master bed. We loved the condo and would highly recommend!

Great Place-Great Location
The Meridian is perfect for couples or families...well located close to restaurants and some shopping. The rooms were clean, as was the pool and beach. Our room was well maintained by Suzanne. She did a great job and tried to work around our schedule since we usually went back to the room for lunch. The check-in and check-out were seamless as was grocery delivery. Communication with our host was easy.

We rented villa no 19 for 10 days in October 2022 and had a great time.The villa is well equipped and the view is superb. Service is excellent and and friendly, and the property is well maintained. A great experience. We will be back!

Perfect location
Our second time at the.Meridian perfect unit for our family of 4 but also would be larger family or three couples. Centrally located on SMB amd in my opinion the nicest stretch of beach. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and to Camana Bay for the average walker. Condo perfectly kitted our and Lee and Pat pay attention to all details for guests

Another great staycation!
We spent 2 fabulous weeks at The Meridian to celebrate family birthdays and enjoy extended time at the beach. Once again, this wonderful resort did not disappoint. This is our 3rd time staying in condo #19, and it felt like coming home. The condo is tastefully decorated and well equipped, and sleep comes easy in plush, comfortable beds. The pool and beach facilities, including thatched cabanas and BBQ grills, make being outside fun, even in the hot summer sun. Having a backup generator on-site meant that we had electricity, TV and Internet during the passage of Tropical Storm Grace, while many on the island were in the dark. Lee, the manager, is wonderful; she never disappoints and goes beyond the call of duty to make sure that her guests are happy. We can hardly wait to book our next staycation with Lee and her team!

I have done a few staycations but nothing compares to The Meridian, beautiful, great location and very laid back. We rented 2 condos there were 12 of us and some family came during the day to visit and we all had an amazing time! We would definitely make this our staycation next year or maybe for Christmas!Thank you Meridian!

Spring break at the Meridian
Villa 19 was a beautiful living space just as it appeared on the website. The Villa and entire condominium was well-kept. The management was great. They were able to work things out so we could have a late check out when they were changes in our flight. The Meridian condominium was on a beautiful section of the beach and was located within easy walking distance to several excellent restaurants. We definitely hope to stay there again.

Meridian Villa #19
It doesn't get any better than the location of The Meridian. It is the best stretch of beach on the island. The grounds are well maintained and the beach furniture in great shape. Villa #19 has quite nice. A few updates in the guest bathrooms are needed, and there are no towel hooks in the Master Bath. Overall, a very nice unit with good furniture and location.

love the Meridian
I must say I was disappointed to see that the upholstered rocking chair in the photo was not in the villa when we arrived. I have back issues and was looking forward to that. The unit is lovely, was perfect for two couples and a child. I personally had trouble sleeping with a foam topper on the bed. Apart from that, we would happily return to Unit 19. The housekeeper, Suzanne, was lovely and helpful. The screen in balcony is a big plus. The location of this unit was good, near an end stairway if you didn’t need an elevator. The property is beautifully maintained and we love the location of the Meridian.

Great place to stay
Hi, We had a great stay in villa #19. While we have been staying for several years at the Meridian, we did notice this year that there was a very loud group that played loud music on the beach. We would suggest the Meridian adopt the same rule as several other properties on Seven Mile Beach: Music must be enjoyed with earphones only. We noticed many other families complaining and having to move their chairs as well. Hopefully, this will not become the norm as the Meridian is a special place!
