Welcome to this stunning two-bedroom oceanfront corner villa—a true tropical paradise filled with natural light and refreshing sea breezes. Designed to be bright, cheerful, and relaxing, the décor has been stylishly updated with comfortable, modern furnishings that invite you to feel right at home. The villa features one spacious king bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Both bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms equipped with hairdryers.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home. Step out onto the large screened-in patio and take in the incredible ocean views and a dining table with comfortable lounge chairs, the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset dinners.
Electrical outlets are the same as in the USA and Canada, and tap water is safe to drink throughout the island. Daily housekeeping is provided (except on Good Friday, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day). The villa is stocked and replenished by housekeeping with dish detergent, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and fresh towels during your stay.
Other onsite amenities include BBQ Grills and Fitness Center. Local calls are complimentary from the condo.
Steps to the beach is easily accessible via elevators, with options including shaded huts, umbrellas and lounge chairs, dining tables as well as complimentary WIFI for your enjoyment.

Beautiful View
The unit was well equipped minus the comfort of the beds in the single bed room. Mattresses were very uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. The views are beautiful of seven mile beach but it should be noted that in January you cannot enjoy the sunset from the balcony from THIS unit due to the trees and positioning of this end unit. Housekeeping and amenities were outstanding! The property is the BEST!

Spectacular!!!
My wife and my two boys (11 and 14) stayed in villa 20 for 6 nights. It was perfect! Super clean and quiet. The beach was a perfect mix of fun and relaxation. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo if you were looking to relax and enjoy the views. Everything you need is within a 5-10 min drive and there are some really good place withing walking distance.

Relaxation at its finest
The condo was very well equipped and lots of room. Unit was very clean. Lived having the washer and dryer although there was no detergent... which seemed odd because they provided everything else like soaps, shampoo, conditioners, dishwasher detergent etc. our unit 20 had books and board games in the unit. They provided endless beach towels which is really nice as it allows for a fresh towel everyday. Maids were super friendly. We had unit 20 which is fourth floor end unit and had the extra balconies on the side and great views of the ocean. The office was very responsive to all of my email questions. Great location and close to lots of restaurants and across the street from off sale. We will definitely come back!

Short but great full with 4 days of our vacation
If it weren't for Cyclone Berny, which made us leave, I can say that this beach is truly one of the best I've ever known, not to mention THE MERIDIAN. I can't say anything negative about this place. It's beautiful, with first-class service. We stayed in unit 20, a beautiful and very clean apartment. Pat treated us with great professionalism from the moment we arrived, responding to and helping us with all our questions. I recommend this place 100% for its location, cleanliness, amenities, and reasonable prices. I will definitely return to the same place.

Excellent experience!
Just returned from a week long stay. This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Streamlined, contactless check in, daily housekeeping and a beautiful location right on Seven Mile Beach. It’s not a massive building so we never felt crowded. Our unit was neat and clean and had everything we needed. The location is also very walkable to a number of restaurants and shops. Already planning our next trip.

We have come to the Meridian many times and have always had a great vacation. This time we were in Villa 20, which was perfect for just the two of us. The unit is well appointed and comfortable. It's on the 4th floor but the few extra steps up and down were worth it.

As always,(5th visit in #20) everything was impeccably clean and welcoming. Took full advantage of the bbq and kitchen when not indulging at Luca,Tillie's or Lloyd's! One small request though, the 2nd bedroom mattresses are way too soft or in dire need of replacement. Still a 5 star experience. We'll be back!

We rented a 2 bedroom corner unit on the fourth floor which was huge and so clean. The location is perfect and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The beach is wide, soft white sand and heavenly blue crystal clear water. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay at the Meridian!
From check-in to check-out, and all the time in between, we thoroughly enjoyed our six-night stay. The condo was newly redecorated; housekeeping was great, and the office was able to answer any question that we had during our stay quickly. The Meridian is the perfect location to walk all of Seven-Mile Beach and an easy walk from a full grocery store and plenty of restaurants.
