At Villa 22, is offers stylish comfort on Seven Mile Beach.
The newly updated kitchen is fully equipped for family meals and tropical drinks, and includes Nespresso, Keurig, and drip coffee machines, as well as a kettle. The screened porch provides a dining area and lounge chairs with beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea and Cayman sunsets, along with retractable shades for comfort. The villa also includes complimentary Wi-Fi and a reserved underground parking space.
All three bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms, TVs, and ample closet space. Each bathroom includes a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The living room features a flat-screen TV plus games, puzzles, and books for guests to enjoy.
Daily housekeeping (except Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day) provides fresh towels and replenishes essentials such as dish detergent, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
The Meridian offers a stunning white-sand beach, oceanfront pool, dining and lounging areas, four gas BBQ grills, showers, shaded huts, and umbrellas, with easy access via elevator or stairs. Centrally located, it is within walking distance of spas, restaurants, and beachfront bars. Many local restaurants offer delivery through the BENTO app, and grocery delivery is available from Hurley’s online.

Relaxing and Peaceful
Just got back from a 7 night stay in Villa 22. The property was very clean, well maintained and had a wonderful outdoor patio. The kitchen was well equipped with 3 different type of coffee makers which was wonderful for us Keruig cup drinkers! The managers were wonderful to deal with and kept in constant communication with us. This is our 4th or 5 time to stay at The Meridian. We love the location on Seven Mile Beach and the beach chairs and beach umbrellas and covered areas were well maintained. Would not hesitate to come back and stay here again.

Fantastic vacation!

Excellent Stay
My family and I have just returned from our stay in Villa 22. We had grandparents and young children with us. It was absolutely fantastic. We had every amenity we could want, the board games were an extra plus for the kids. It was clean, beautiful and spacious. We would absolutely come back!

The villa was very clean, stocked kitchen and provided soap, shampoo, etc.The view from the screen porch was spectacular. The outside property was very well kept and plenty of umbrellas and chairs. Pat was responsive to our questions. We would definitely go back!

Perfect Location!
We have been vacationing in Grand Cayman for the last 14 years staying at the Ritz, Kimpton, Beach Suites/Palm Heights, Westin, and now the Meridian twice. This condo is in the perfect location on 7 mile beach. The property is beautifully landscaped offering privacy and shade. The housekeepers are impeccable as my wife is a clean/neat freak and she did not have to reclean the condo. The owners of this unit are extremely particular and it did not go unnoticed with us on how well appointed it was. It really is the best place to enjoy your beautiful vacation on 7 mile beach and will not disappoint.

Great Stay

Beautiful
We stayed in Unit 22 for 7 nights. The furnishings are "beautiful". The kitchen was well stocked. The unit was very clean and the housekeeping service was consistent. Because we did not have a car, we were counting on the grocery store to be across the street as stated in the Meridian's site. However, the store has moved about a 15 minute walk from the Meridian. Not convenient. They do offer on-line ordering which saved us, however the wait was 2 days. Suggest you place an order prior to your arrival so it will be there when you arrive. Most restaurants worth going to are not within walking distance to the hotel. Also we had a great breakfast delivery from Island Natural Cafe. Also Chicken Chicken was delicious. The hotel keeps the pool and beach very clean. They also provided a pack and play for our 1 year old. Enjoyed our vacation and hope you do too.

Grand Cayman family vacation
We loved our vacation rental! It was in a perfect location. We could walk to a local coffee shop and restaurants. The kids spend lots of time on the beach and in the water. The daily maid service was a huge bonus and made us feel very pampered! Overall, it was perfect for our family of 6!

Best vacation ever!
It was our first time to Grand Cayman. Our family schedules a beach vacation every July between school and baseballs seasons. We were referred to Meridian from family members and it was even better than we expected. The privacy of the beach and gorgeous views were breathtaking. We found many great places to eat as well. All of the staff were so nice and accommodating. Can't wait to go back next year.

Fantastic Visit!
We rented two condos during our stay and we were very impressed with both of them, the location, cleanliness, office staff, and the lovely housekeeping staff. Pat was very patient with us during our booking process as we were having people deciding last minute coming or not and for how long so we had to change things a few times. The location is fabulous and we couldn't have asked for better! The beach is amazing as is the view from the condo. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and it was so nice having the laundry facilities in the condo as well. It was well worth the price for us to be where we were and have what we had available to us in the condo for our family. We will be back!!

The Meridian - a FIVE star experience!
This is our 3rd time staying at The Meridian and once again it was exceptional - all the way from making the reservation until check-out. Not only is the room and property extremely well kept, the entire on-site team are caring, professional and very friendly. The grounds are meticulous and the entire facility is top shelf. Unit #22 was awesome! Beautiful condo. The master suite is wonderful. We loved sitting on the screened in balcony with a stunning ocean view. The Meridian is just great. it is right across the street from the grocery store and is in a good location overall. The maid service was very good, quick and efficient.
