Villa 25 delivers effortless island living with an elevated touch of Caribbean luxury. Renovated in late 2024, is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront end villa on the fourth floor. Expansive windows fill the elegant pale-blue interiors with natural light, while the oceanfront primary suite opens onto a screened balcony with spectacular views of Seven Mile Beach and The Meridian pool.
The villa features a second king bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds, each with a private en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms include flat-screen TVs with 100+ channels, ample organized closet space, and thoughtful amenities.
The spacious living area offers a comfortable sectional, flat-screen TV, and portable speaker. The sophisticated open kitchen is fully equipped, including Nespresso, Keurig, and drip coffee makers. The screened oceanfront veranda features dining for six and lounge seating—the perfect setting for breathtaking Caribbean views and Cayman sunsets.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, local calls, daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and one reserved underground parking space are included.
The Meridian offers powder-white beach, an oceanfront pool, beachfront dining and lounging, BBQ grills, shaded huts, and easy beach access. Restaurants, spas, and beachfront bars are just a short walk away, with restaurant and grocery delivery also available. "The rate shown is for 1-6 persons, however the unit will sleep 7 persons, in a rollaway bed/ cot.. There is an extra charge of $100.00 per person above 6."

Perfection in the Caymans
We once again had a fabulous week at the Meridian . We stay here every year and wouldn’t consider any other place . The property is maintained to the highest standards, the units cleaned and spotless daily and the staff are so friendly and welcoming . The location on Seven Mile beach is perfect for walking and restaurants . We’ve stayed in many units but we really enjoyed the decor and the view from Villa 25 . Can’t wait to come back next year ,

Absolute perfection!
Our stay in Villa 25 was absolute perfection! It was renovated within the past year and is stunning! It is light, airy and bright - super comfortable and welcoming. It was clear that a lot of attention was paid to every detail and the design is beautiful. Everything also felt brand new! This was our first time staying at the Meredian and we can’t wait to come back to Villa 25!

Best Vacation Rental Ever
We have stayed at vacation rentals over the years in several locations. We have never stayed in a more beautiful condo. The view was breathtaking. We spent hours just looking out at the water. It was so nice to have a screened in patio. The interior of this condo is perfection, the furniture is so comfortable and the decor is gorgeous. Everything you need to cook anything is provided. Easy access to the beach, pool and all the amenities. This condo complex is second to none and this condo is perfect. The management staff is very helpful. We had exceptional maid service every day. We did not want to leave and hope to return someday soon. Thank you for sharing this exceptional place.

Wonderful week away!
We had a wonderful stay at the Meridian. The property was clean and well-maintained and the office managers were very helpful. Prior to the pandemic we owned a condo two properties north so we already knew the location was outstanding sitting in the middle of Seven Mile Beach. I would definitely recommend to family or friend. We did the typical attractions like Sting Ray City and Starfish Point and ocean, ocean, ocean! Grand Cayman has always had wonderful restaurants and our favorites were Abacus (with Gelato & Co. for dessert), Duke's, Luca, Blue Cilantro and Calypso.

Great Cayman Island Family Vacaction
Villa 25 was as advertised. Absolute perfect location on 7 mile beach. Many great restaurants, shops, liquor stores literally right across the street. My family and I had a great time and would definitely come back again. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the shower gets either very hot or cold, as soon as someone else showers, flushes toilet, etc. But a lot of places, including my old house had that problem. HaHa 🙂

Great property and perfect location on 7 mile beach. Villa 25 has everything you need. We had 2 teenagers-so they each had their own room and bath. The master was great too with double sinks and vanities. Kitchen has everything you need as well.

Perfect Vacation Condo
My wife and I spent 5 nights at the Meridian with two of our children. Everything was great. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. The grocery store is directly across the street so that made meals easy. Beach was perfect. Can't wait to return.
