Three bedroom, three bathroom, oceanfront, fully equipped villa (two king rooms and one room with set twins that easily convert to a king sized bed) . Enjoy white powder sand beach located right in the middle of Seven Mile Beach. All bathrooms attached to bedrooms. Televisions in all bedrooms. Bathrooms supplied with hairdryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Master bedroom on ocean side of villa. Kitchen fully equipped. Housekeeping service available daily (except Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas day, New Year’s day), with dish detergent, paper towels, bathroom tissue and fresh towels. Dining table and lounging chairs on screened-in porch facing the ocean. Beautiful dining and lounging areas and four BBQ grills near the pool and beach, all with easy access via elevators or stairs. Fully equipped workout facility. Plenty of shade huts, umbrellas and lounge chairs available on the beach. We supply beach towels. Electrical outlets same as USA and CANADA. Tap water safe to drink throughout the island. Many restaurants deliver. Villa 27 has a free phone, with free local calls, as well as complimentary calls to USA and CANADA.

Three Happy Couples!
Rented Villa 27 for the second time and all three couples were pleased enough to reserve the Villa again next year. The staff could not have been more accomodating and helpful. From Kenesha and Pat in the office, Yana (our housekeeper) to Leo, the hard working grounds keeper, we were all impressed with their friendliness and eager to help out as needed. Highly recommend
Condo was Beautifully decorated, had every kitchen appliance imaginable. Cleaning staff was amazing each day. Location is perfect. It would be cramped for 6 adults, we had 4 with 1 child.

Beautiful villa with stunning sunset views
Wonderful villa with a wide shaded beach, pool, tiki huts and Seven Mile Beach walks at your doorstep. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and the grills on the beach were excellent. All of the bedrooms are nice but the master bedroom is very spacious. We enjoyed the beach, swimming, walks and condo amenities. We also enjoyed all of the wonderful restaurants that Cayman has to offer. We could not make it to all of our favorites but did enjoy Morgan’s, Calypso, MacaBuca, Tillie’s, Rum Point Club, Kaibo, Sunshine and Sunset. We hope to come back next year for Casa Nova and Heritage. And we know we still missed a lot of great ones. It is a great location, right in the middle of Seven Mile Beach. We were very happy with our accommodations and our stay.

Amazing vacation��
We have been staying at the Meridian since 2014. We typically have been renting two condos side-by-side, which allows 10-14 of us to all hang out together. This is so much easier than going to a hotel with hundreds of people on the Beach alongside you. The ease and privacy of the Meridian, I find to be one of the most appealing aspects. We have always enjoyed Pat and Lee in the front office and all of our wonderful maids who are always so sweet and make you feel like family by the time you leave. I believe that the beach in front of the Meridian has to be one of the nicest areas on 7 mile beach. The majority of people that we meet on the beach that are staying at the Meridian have been there multiple times and feel the same way that we do about the Meridian. We will be back again next year!!

I can't begin to tell everyone how enjoyable staying at The Meridian has been for my family over the last 14 years! I am a Travel Advisor and have high standards for 5 star reviews - The Meridian exceeds every degree with excellence. Their villas are modern, spacious, beautifully decorated and their cleanliness is above par. Wonderful week at The Meridian!
Our 3rd stay at The Meridian, and first in #27 which was amazing- perfect views of the ocean and a beautiful condo. Grand Cayman is truly paradise, and The Meridian is a perfect spot on 7MB. All new pool and beach furniture made the week even more comfortable! Pat and Lee and all of the staff go out of their way to make it very welcoming Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Paradise Revisited
Once again, we enjoyed our week-long stay at The Meridian. The ocean views are so beautiful and relaxing. The unit was well-furnished with quality lines and is as pictured. The daily refresh by housekeeping was very much appreciated. The property is very quiet and well-maintained. Can't wait to return! We found it was more ecomonical to use local taxis as opposed to renting a car...and less stressful!

Great Property-Great Location-Great Management
This is a wonderful premium property on beautiful 7 Mile Beach. The beach is large and well equipped with chairs, umbrellas and chalets at this resort. Our family has stayed at The Meridian, and in Unit 27, numerous times over the years and it never disappoints. The management and the staff are super friendly and go to great lengths to ensure our stay is relaxing and enjoyable. The housekeeping and maintenance is the best we have experienced and the units are immaculately cleaned and well-equipped for a stay of any length. Several restaurants are within walking distance and the management recommended a driver (Mr. Leron) to us for our stay that turned out to be a fantastic way for us to get around the island. The Meridian is centrally located near the turtle center, stingray city charters, and the shopping in George Town. We have already made our reservations with Lee and her team at The Meridian for our next trip. We highly recommend this resort property, and specifically Unit 27, if you are planning a visit to this wonderful island.

Wonderful Villa
I loved my condo at the Meridian. I especially loved the daily housekeeping! The view is gorgeous and there are always plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach. I had just one issue, but I don't think it can be fixed. The water in the master bath shower would not stay on the temp selected - it kept going hot and cold.

Beautiful View, Beautiful Property
Unit 27 in The Meridian is beautifully furnished, immaculate, and comes with a well equipped kitchen. A nice supply of paper products and soaps were appreciated. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. The baths had been updated with glass shower curtains! Daily cleaning services are provided unless you request otherwise. We spent any indoor time on the well appointed lanai enjoying the gorgeous sunset and ocean views. The sugar-sand beach had an abundant supply of complimentary lounge chairs and umbrellas with plenty of space for all. Several restaurants are located within walking distance and we felt very safe while on the island. Our group of 5 chose to use local taxis rather than a rental car. We found it more ecomonical as well as less stressful as we were unaccustomed to driving on the left with a steering wheel on the right. This was our first visit to the island; we will definitely return to this property when we visit again.

Grand Cayman is the best place in the world for a beach vacation! The Meridian is the best place to stay in Grand Cayman! The villas are always spotless and the property ammenities are second to none. We have been coming here for years and will continue to stay at The Meridian. Villa 27 has updated appliances and every kitchen utensil needed for any meal. Highly recommend!! Also, Casa 43 is the best mexican restaurant on the island and it's within walking distance!!

Sanders and Friends Easter Vacation
This is the 4th time i believe we have stayed at the Meridian. Best location for walking to several restaurants. The condo is right on the beach and even when the place is full there is plenty of room on the beach for the guest. You don't have to get up early and fight for a chair. Staff very friendly. We left ear pods and was called on the way to the airport. The cleaning lady found and got them to the front desk. Very thoughtful. We will continue to stay in this beautiful condo.

From to start to finish, we had a great rental experience. Helpful staff, a beautiful unit with an amazing view--- and breathtaking sunsets! Can't wait to go back! Our family had a wonderful time- and I would certainly recommend this property. Very well equipped kitchen, very spacious and beautifully decorated. The screened-in porch was always a favorite spot to eat, read and just relax! Very clean beach area and pool. Plenty of umbrellas and chairs at all times of the day.

Meridian Villa 27 is awesome!
Outstanding. Staff at Meridian very polite, attentive and professional. Facility is top-notch with full amenities. Location on Seven Mile Beach is excellent being in middle ... away from craziness of Royal Palms, Marriott, Ritz, etc. Sand on wide beach is perfect. Ocean floor as you walk-in water is soft - no coral to deal with. Many restaurants within walking distance. Stores directly across the street. We always stay at Meridian while traveling to Grand Cayman and always will. Villa 27 has been recently upgraded and is very beautiful. 5th floor, great view sitting on screened porch for morning coffee, afternoon cocktail, sunsets, dinner in, etc.

The Meridian Never Disappoints!!!
Perfect! The Meridian has everything to offer ... a friendly and attentive staff, clean, spacious and well-appointed condos, a perfect location in the middle of SMB, grocery shopping and liquor store directly across the street, many restaurants within easy walking distance. Villa 27 was very nicely equipped ... great comfortable seating area in living room for several people, flat screen tv's throughout, new washer/dryer, comfortable and very nice furniture on balcony, a great elevated view of the beach and horizon, every kitchen utensil you could ever need, traditional and kuereg coffee makers ... I could go on and on!
