The master bedroom is located on the ocean side of the villa, offering soothing views and the sound of the sea.
Daily housekeeping service is available (except Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day); on service days, the villa is restocked with dish detergent, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and fresh towels.
Relax on the screened-in oceanfront porch with dining table and lounging chairs, or take advantage of the beautiful dining and lounging areas and BBQ grills near the pool and beach, easily accessible by elevators or stairs. Amazing room and awesome service!
This was our second year at the Meridian and all three couples were very pleased with unit 28. This unit is very modern with expensive decor and appliances, has an amazing view and the daily room service was top notch. We will definitely choose this unit again. Clean and comfortable
Our stay at The Meridian was enjoyable! The villas were clean and comfortable, and the personal service truly stood out. Pat and Kenesha in the office were wonderful to deal with—Pat was very attentive when our wifi started a little slow, and Kenesha personally ensured we received the key box codes for our villas. Their professionalism and care made our experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend The Meridian for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed stay!

Couples Getaway
We had a great getaway trip with 3 couples. The condo was very clean and updated. If we had one minor complaint, it was that the wifi signal wasn't the strongest, but that was only a minor issue. This was our 4th stay at the Meridian and we highly recommend this property to all of our friends.

The Meridian on Seven Mile Beach
Meridian is a great place to stay. Seven Mile Beach is as nice as it gets. Many nice restaurants are within walking distance. Grocery store and downtown Georgetown are a short cab ride away. We would stay there again and highly recommend.

The Meridian is a terrific modern family-friendly condo rental spot right in the middle of Seven Mile Beach: ocean-front, three bedrooms with baths, full kitchen and laundry room, large screened balcony, underneath parking, and pool and plenty of beach furniture. Very upscale.

Amazing place
After many years of staying at a hotel on 7MB, we decided to try The Meridian this year. So happy to have made the change. The Meridian is beautiful and so well maintained! Staff is super friendly and helpful. It was so nice to be able to kick back and relax without crowds! We will be back!

Best Condos on Seven Mile Beach
The moment of arrival at The Meridian is the beginning of a fabulous vacation! The property is situated with the most expansive beach on Seven Mile Island and is also within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and shopping. The condos are beautifully decorated and individually appointed. So refreshing as opposed to same decor in other complexes. The staffi is friendly, professional, and committed to making your stay perfect in every way.

Stress free bliss
We have stayed at the Meridian many times. This was our first stay in unit numbers 14 and 28. The Meridian is very well run Lee and Pat do an excellent job. I particularly liked the new lock box entry program; with the room key in lock box out side of the unit. No more getting accidentally locked out. Unit number 14 is an End unit that is bright and shiny. Unit number 28 is updated and very nicely appointed. Of course the main reason for staying at the Meridian is its perfect location on the beach. The Meridian has fewer units than its neighbors which means the beach is not as crowded and you do not have to worry about finding a great location on the beach. A great place to bring your family for fun and a fantastic relaxing vacation .

Luxury location
The location was amazing. Room was large with very nice accomodations. Walking distance to great restaurants. The water and beach clean and sugary sand beaches. There was plenty of space on the beach and at the pool. We loved it. We have been around the Caribbean and this was probably our top vacation. The beach, the water, the pool, the condo, the location, the great number of good restaurants nearby.

Amazing time as always
We have stayed in this beautiful condo before and so excited to stay again. It is nicely decorated and so pretty. Everything you need is there. The porch has table and plenty of chairs for everyone to sit there and enjoy these amazing views all day long. Housekeeping and management always able to help when needed.

The location is great, condo was great, (dark bathrooms), room cleaning excellent. The management team was very kind and helpful including accomodating a late check out. We maybe be back next year for a month. Only negative was the dog every morning around 8:30 - 9 AM barking and chasing a ball. Very rude of the individual. A no barking or no dog policy is needed.
