Situated on the 5th floor, this two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront villa has 1950 square feet of living space with direct access to Seven Mile Beach. This luxury villa, has a master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bath. The second bedroom, with en-suite bath, has 2 twin beds, which can be configured with a bed bridge to a king bed. Each bedroom has a satellite TV (with over 100 channels to access) and patio door access to the wrap-around veranda. With spacious windows on two walls, the living room and dining area provide stunning views of both the ocean, to the west, and along Seven Mile Beach, to the north. The screened-in balcony has a dining table and sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped with new, stainless steel appliances.
The villa is non-smoking and has free Internet and long-distance phone calls to USA and Canada. Local Calls are also complimentary. The villa has an indoor parking space and amenities of the property including exercise room, elevator, beachfront grills, plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels. The fifth person can be accommodated at an extra cost of $75.00 per night.
Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
Cancellations are subject to a full refund less a $200 processing fee if received by the time periods outlined below:
Summer Stays (Apr. 15 - Dec 15): Cancel 30-days or more prior to arrival.
Winter Stays (Dec. 16 - Apr. 15): Cancel 90-days or more prior to arrival.
Christmas Stays (Dec. 18 - Jan. 2): Cancel 120-days or more prior to arrival.
If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
Guests are responsible for any and all damages to the condo.
All units are designated non-smoking. Any indication of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
No pets are allowed on the property.
No parties, weddings, or private events without prior written consent from the manager.
We ask all guests to be considerate while using the pool, or on their patios, by keeping noise to a minimum.

* Villas sleep a maximum of four (2 bedroom) and 6 (three bedroom) for additional guest there is a $75.00 per night charge. We will supply a rollaway bed for the 7th person.
* Easter surcharge from 16-19 of April 2022 is $1100.00 1-6 person in the 3 bedroom and the 2 bedroom is $925.00 per night.
If you are a Cayman Islands resident, your card will not be charged for Tax.

Each of our villas in the rental program are 1975 sq ft. in a six story building. Directly across the street there are many fine dining restaurants, a major grocery store, liquor store, duty free shopping and a day spa. Our gym, open from 5am-10pm, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, free weights, treadmills and a weight training machine.
