Situated on the 5th floor, this newly renovated, two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront villa offers 1,250 square feet of luxury living space with direct access to Seven Mile Beach.
The villa now features a fully renovated kitchen, master bath, and guest bath, all updated with modern finishes and premium amenities. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, sleek cabinetry, and contemporary fixtures, making it ideal for both casual meals and gourmet cooking. With spacious windows on two sides, the living and dining areas offer breathtaking views of the ocean to the west and the expanse of Seven Mile Beach to the north. The screened-in balcony includes a dining table and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the stunning sunsets. The master bedroom includes a king bed, en-suite bath, and private patio access. The second bedroom, also with an en-suite bath, has two twin beds that can be configured into a king bed. Each bedroom features satellite TV and sliding doors leading to the wrap-around veranda.
Housekeeping service is provided daily (except Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day). On housekeeping days, the villa is restocked with dish detergent, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and fresh towels.
The villa is non-smoking, includes free high-speed Internet and complimentary local calls, and comes with an underground parking space. Property amenities include an exercise room, elevator, beachfront grills, and ample lounge chairs and umbrellas along the beach.

Best Place To Stay
Unit 30 was perfect, beautiful view. Very well maintained, had all the supplies we could ever need. The location of the Meridian is perfect. The chairs at beach are very nice. We also enjoy having a gym for a morning workout.

PARADISE!!!
This was our second stay in this villa and we absolutely love the Meridian! Our unit is so clean, fits our family of four perfectly, and located near so many great restaurants! I love having a kitchen, with so many options for pans and storage! The beach is perfect, with comfortable seating and it never feels crowded! The grills are wonderful to use also! We are definitely returning next year! Thank you all for making our family vacation an amazing one!! PERFECTION!!!

Paradise!
We loved everything about this vacation experience. Our unit had everything we could possibly want in a home away from home. Very comfortable bed, furnishings etc... Loved truly the whole experience.

Still good, but some disappointments
We have stayed multiple times at The Meridian, but something seemed off this time. One of the burners on our stove didn't work, and the frig kept freezing everything. An alarm when off (similar to last year) in the second bathroom when we did showers. When we called the office we were told to turn it off (similar to last year), but no one ever came to fix it. The screens in the patio were more rusty than year. We had heard that there were renovations done, but we didn't see any. And there were very few noodles, floats, etc at the beach which was a big change. Just seemed like there wasn't the usual attention to detail.The most upsetting thing was that when I went down to the office for something else I was casually told that they had given someone else our condo for next year with no notice to us and no chance to renew. So this will be our last time at The Meridian. We had thought that we had the right of first refusal since we had returned for years. Guess not. Maybe they did us a favor since it just didn't seem like the other times we've stayed there.

Our stay at The Meridian in Grand Cayman was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the well-maintained property and stunning beachfront location.The beach was absolutely perfect—pristine, spacious, and never crowded, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the turquoise waters of Seven Mile Beach. The pool and hot tub were also great additions, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun.The units were in fantastic shape—spacious, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. And one of the biggest perks? The daily cleaning service! It was such a gift to come back to a spotless unit every day without lifting a finger.Overall, The Meridian exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a luxurious, well-maintained, and peaceful place to stay on Seven Mile Beach, this is it! We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful unit with great view!
We spent a week with a family of 5. We stayed in villa 30 which was a 5th floor corner unit. The unit was beautiful and the furnishings were updated nicely. This was a 2 bedroom (primary with king, large closet, balcony & large bathroom w/double sinks, shower & soaking tub). The 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds. We had 3 children so requested a rollaway bed. There is a charge of $100/night for a 5th person (even though the room states it accommodates up to 5 people). The kitchen was nicely equipped with cooking items (they were missing cookie sheets). There is a washer & dryer. You do need to provide your own laundry detergent & dryer sheets. The internet worked great and there was cable. The patio overlooking the ocean was perfect. There was a table w/4 chairs and two loungers. The perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and a book. The stairs is just outside the unit door (there is also an elevator). We did have a smell of sulfur in our unit in the bathrooms when the shower & sinks were run. We noticed this the entire stay. Other than that, housekeeping was good and we always had fresh beach towels.

Wonderful property with ideal location on seven mile beach. Condo was well furnished, lovely pool area. Staff is very friendly and the two resident cats, Gracie and Tilly are very hospitable. Bring kitty treats!

The views , the space , the oh so quiet beach. We never fought for a chair and had plenty of beach area to relax . The unit was really well stocked and housekeeping 6 days a week is amazing. Cannot wait to return.

Honestly you cannot get a better location on Seven Mile Beach, so close to multiple restaurants. Our Spring Break Stay with the Family
Clean and spacious place, management was helpful and friendly. Plenty of beautiful beachfront, clean and no rocks. Pool as well for kids to take a break. We loved location, in walking distance to great restaurants to cut down on any cabs. A plus being across the street from 2 great lunch places and a convenience store. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful 2-bedroom condo on Seven Mile beach
We spent Thanksgiving week 2023 in this perfect beautiful condo. The patio balcony is the best part of waking up everyday. We met so many owners, and they were the kindest people from all over the world. Seven mile beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and we have stayed in the Caymans 4 times and consider this condo and all it has to offer the absolute best. We are looking forward to our next stay at the Meridian.

Wonderful location on Seven Mile Beach
We have been to Grand Cayman ten times. Our last two stays were at the Meridian and I do not think we will stay anywhere else in the future. The resort is beautifully maintained and on a perfect location on Seven Mile beach. The beach is immaculate! There is plenty of seating and shade. Stores and restaurants are very near. We loved our experience there!

The Meridian Never Disappoints
We had an absolutely perfect get away to the Meridian. The property managers made everything so smooth, every detail was worked out before our arrival, and it could have not been any easier. The property is meticulously maintained, the beach experience is pure perfection, and the ease of getting around to shopping and restaurants is a big perk of staying at the Meridian . The condo was so comfortable and accommodating, I didn’t ever want to leave. I am already trying to plan another stay at The Meridian, will definitely plan on staying much longer

Gorgeous Grand Cayman
This was our first time staying at The Meridian, but hopefully won't be our last! Villa 30 was perfect for our family of 4 - very spacious, clean, with attractive furnishings and beautiful ocean views. The location on the beach cannot be beat - oftentimes, we were the only people there, compared to very busy neighboring properties. Very quiet property as well - zero noise issues. We enjoyed having the supermarket across the street, although I understand they are moving it a bit further away. Walking distance to many fantastic restaurants, but we also cooked in, using the grills, a couple of nights. Overall, a 10 out of 10!!

Our 4th visit to the Meridian was as wonderful as the first. The condo was spotless and housekeeping was very thoughtful about working with our schedule. The office staff are pleasant,helpful and prompt in addressing any issues. We have been Cayman visitors since 1977. The Meridian is our favorite spot on 7 Mile Beach!

This was our second trip to the Caymans and we stayed at the Meridian both times. We enjoyed it so much the first time, that we didn’t even consider another place. You can’t beat the location, the views or the condition of the rental. The staff there is excellent and the daily cleaning is meticulous.
