Villa 7 is a beautifully decorated second-floor end villa located directly on the oceanfront, featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It includes two king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a twin bedroom (two beds), also en-suite. Each bedroom has a TV, and all bathrooms are stocked with a hairdryer and complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The master bedroom is positioned on the ocean side for stunning sea views.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for family meals and tropical drinks, including a blender. Daily housekeeping service (excluding Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day) provides fresh towels and replenishes essentials such as dish soap, paper towels, and bathroom tissue.
Guests enjoy free local calls and a screened porch with comfortable lounge seating. Outside, there are spacious dining and lounging areas, BBQ grills, and direct beach access with white sand, plus shade huts and umbrellas throughout the property.
Electrical outlets match USA and Canada standards, and convenient food delivery is available from local restaurants via apps like Bento.

Villa 7 Escape from Everyday Life
From the moment we walked into Villa 7, we were at peace. From the beautiful scenic view of the crystal blue oceans to the relaxing living room and welcoming screened in porch. The villa was full of all the amenities that we needed including beach towels. The kitchen was stocked with coffee maker, dishes, and cooking supplies. Villa 7 made our trip to Cayman Islands a relaxed, family fun, and remembering trip for our entire family.

We stayed at Villa 7 at the Meridian and were so happy with our selection. The condo is beautiful, well equipped and super comfortable. We had everything we needed. We were able to swim in the pool and at the beach, and had easy access to restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Quiet Time in Cayman
The Meridian in May is glorious! The beach was perfect without crowds, the beach loungers and umbrellas made days spend in the sun very comfortable. Villa #7 was beautifully furnished and well-cared for, and the kitchen was supplied with every tool I could imagine. Will definitely be returning.

Perfect week in paradise!
This was our 2nd trip to Grand Cayman and 2nd stay in #7 at The Meridian- it is a perfect spot on the gorgeous Seven Mile Beach! The condo was recently updated which made it even more welcoming. With side windows, #7 is very open and airy and has a lot of natural light. We love sitting on the screen porch (especially the swing bed). The Meridian has a beautiful pool and the beach has plenty of new chairs and umbrellas- there was never a problem getting a great seat any time of day. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the whole complex is a definite gem. We will be back and will always choose The Meridian!

Home away from home
This was our 7th year to stay in this unit! We feel like it is home! The new decor is lovely and bright! The gardens around the grounds are lush. Joanna was great and we appreciate how sweet and accommodating she is! Planning on returning for a longer stay next year! Made some lovely new friends as well!

Great place in Paradise
I don't know how many times we have stayed at The Meridian, but they have all been great. This time our group was so large that we needed two units. They are beautifully decorated and well maintained. If there is an issue, the staff is quick to have it repaired or addressed. We will be back to Cayman and stay at the Meridian again for sure.

Best Condos on Grand Cayman!
We stayed at the Meridian for 10 days in Villa #7 in February. We have been coming to Grand Cayman since 1982 and The Meridian is by far our favorite place to stay. The location is perfect, the villas are beautiful, housekeeping is friendly and efficient and Pat and Nora are super helpful in the front office.

Such a lovely family triip!
This is our 6th year renting Villa #7, and probably the best ever. Just being in Grand Cayman is wonderful, but staying at The Meridian really enhances our experience. We feel like 'home' here. The Villa is beautiful and appointed and maintained wonderfully! The updates recently done to The Meridian complex enhances the whole complex. We love staying here!We thank property management for being patient with us while we had difficulty operating TV/cable, and for the excellent housekeeping service.
