Three bedroom, three bathroom, oceanfront, fully equipped villa. Enjoy white powder sand beach located right in the middle of Seven Mile Beach. All bathrooms attached to bedrooms. Televisions in all bedrooms. Bathrooms supplied with hairdryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Master bedroom on ocean side of villa. Kitchen fully equipped. Housekeeping service available daily (except Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas day, New Year’s day), with dish detergent, paper towels, bathroom tissue and fresh towels. Dining table and lounging chairs on screened-in porch facing the ocean. Beautiful dining and lounging areas and four BBQ grills near the pool and beach, all with easy access via elevators or stairs. Fully equipped workout facility. Plenty of shade huts, umbrellas and lounge chairs available on the beach. We supply beach towels. Electrical outlets same as USA and CANADA. Tap water safe to drink throughout the island. Many restaurants deliver. Villa 25 has a free phone, with free local calls, as well as complimentary calls to USA and CANADA.

We had a great time in Grand Cayman and at The Meridian. Our condo #25 was perfect - spotless and comfortable with a beautiful of the ocean. It looks just like the pictures you see online. The people were also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Meridian.

My family frequents the caymans quite a bit and this was our 1st time staying at condos on the island. The Meridian did not disappoint. Great location on seven mile beach. Condo was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property and perfect location on 7 mile beach. Villa 25 has everything you need. We had 2 teenagers-so they each had their own room and bath. The master was great too with double sinks and vanities. Kitchen has everything you need as well.

My wife and I spent 5 nights at the Meridian with two of our children. Everything was great. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. The grocery store is directly across the street so that made meals easy. Beach was perfect. Can't wait to return.

We have stayed at various units within the Meridian for the last 10 years. The staff is fantastic, the units are beautiful, and being able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants is a huge plus.

Meridian Villas
Each of our villas in the rental program are 1975 sq ft. in a six story building. Directly across the street there are many fine dining restaurants, liquor store, duty free shopping and a day spa. Our gym, open from 5am-10pm, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, free weights, treadmills and a weight training machine.
